Runleader provides OEM services to customize products for customers, add LOGO to their products, customize customer packaging, and product software programs according to customer needs; change certain hardware functions and other content, we complete the regular OEM service within 15 days.
ODM
Runleader provides ODM services to customize products for customers. Customer can provide an idea or one question or specific requirements of product appearance and function. The technical team and product planning team of Runleader will accomplish the design of product appearance and verify product function,then we will provide the tooling sample for preliminary verification by customers. We will initiate develpment and start mass production after approval by customer, and usually our lead time is 3-4 months to complete the project.
Quality Assurance Services
QUALITY ASSURANCE TIME
Runleader products have a free three-year warranty that is in non-human damage; We also provide free technical consulting service for customers.
QUALITY IMPROVEMENT
Runleader has many improved actions in order to continuously improve product quality. such asimproving immediately by customers' suggestions, improving quality in regular period, improving quality group and so on.
QUALITY ASSURANCE AGREEMENT
For customer OEM & ODM projects, we will apply with customers for quality improvement changes when we find some improvements or optimizations can be done. Ttechnical changes will be done after obtaining customer's permission.
